What does Aknaz Mortgage Experts do?
We are a mortgage broker, not a bank. We assess what you can borrow under the Central Bank of the UAE's lending rules, compare home-loan offers from UAE banks for your profile, and manage the application from pre-approval to the property transfer at the Dubai Land Department. Most of our clients are salaried expats buying their first home in Dubai; we also help non-residents and self-employed buyers.
