Calculator results are estimates
The pre-qualification tool and the mortgage calculator give estimates based on the figures you enter and on published lending rules. They are not an offer of finance, a mortgage approval or personal financial advice. Each bank applies its own policy, stress rate, valuation and credit checks, and makes the final lending decision.
Regulatory figures marked [VERIFY] are being confirmed against the Central Bank of the UAE rulebook and may change. Any interest rate shown on this website is an illustrative assumption stated beside it, not a rate we or a bank are offering.
